Outlook Add In causing issue with deleting emails

TV is current 15.25.8, Just wanted to share an issue I came across. Outlook 365 installed on local pc as part of Office 365. #1 outlook was pretty slow (online mode, not cached, to exchange account at 365). #2 when deleting an email, it didn't immediately disappear from the folder view. Had to switch to another folder and switch back to reflect that is was gone. In Outlook safe mode behavior was normal so I knew it was an add-in. In Teamviewer Options>Advanced>More I had to deactivate the Outlook Add-In and restart outlook. Now my emails are disappearing from view when deleted as they should. I'm not using the Outlook add-in so deactivating it is not an issue for me currently.

  • we are having same issue now (2.11.22) if Teamviewer add-in is enabled in outlook it is constantly freezing. we do not want the add-in but have no idea how to implement to remove globally. looks like every user needs to remove manually!!??
