Teamviewer "connection blocked due to unpaid invoice" but my account is free

Hi

I'm trying to access my own personal computers on my own free license, but I'm getting a message that I can't connect due to an unpaid invoice.

How do I get around this and free my account? I tried to even delete my old account with the same email address (since it's all personal computers I didn't lose anything...) and created a new account with new login IDs but still getting this invoice message. Never had a licensed subscription, always used teamviewer for personal use between home computers....
