mouse not working on remote Chromebook

hello,

I have a Windows 11 system with teamviewer on it, to another Windows system it works fine with inheritance and functions.

but when I take over a Chromebook I get to see the screen but my mouse does not move on the Chromebook.

does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
