Remote control failure

Good morning.

I needed to control on remote my ancient mom's mobile phone. For that, i installed the apps in both phones and after give the necesary permissions, i was able to manage the phone of my mom from mine the first time I connected.

However, once that first connection was finished, when i tried later to connect again for remote managing, just could see mom's phone screen in my screen but couldn't manage it at all.

Any idea why this might happen?
