When trying to add a new user, there is content blocked, appears to be from your dev code branch in production that violates the browser policy and appears to be loading from outside the US. The add user button does not work.
Yes, we have tried in multiple browsers and incognito mode as well as multiple ISPs. Appears to be a security issue where, at best, you are sending analytic data to China.

I would like to understand a bit more about the issue...
Does the problem also happen in other browsers? Did you tried a private/incognito window or clean up the cookies?
Also, was it working before, and it stopped working, or is it the first time you're trying to add a user?
