Over a year ago my Mom needed help with her phone. I set up Teamviewer on my Windows 8.1 computer. I got my Mom to load QuickSupport on her android phone and was able to connect and walk her through problems she was having on her phone.

I have since gone to Ubuntu 20.04 on a new computer. I am using Teamviewer 15.25.5. My network adapter is set to ipv4 ONLY. ipv6 is disabled on the computer and adapter. I am unable to establish a QuickSupport session on Mom's android phone. The screen showed "Authenticating..." and then stopped and went back to "Ready to connect".

I tried loading QuickSupport (15.21.113 QS) on my android phone to see if I could get a connection. I seemed to get a little further - "Authentication accepted" appeared on the computer - the phone just "clocked", but the main Teamviewer screen on the computer went back to "Ready to connect" without showing my phone. In the logs, I saw where Teamviewer is attempting to use both ipv6 and ipv4. ipv6 is failing to connect (my adapter has ipv6 turned off).

So, two questions: 1) Is ipv6 required to use Teamviewer?

2) I also noticed "LicenseTracker::UpdateMachineLicense() local license differs from master license" in the log. Could this be causing the problem now that I am using another computer?
