User activation email and issues with accessing support ticket

Trying to add a user to our commercial license and the activation email for that user is not coming through to their inbox.

Having a bad experience trying to access support. Tried calling and was told to raise a ticket. If I try to raise a ticket, all browsers keep bouncing back to the community home page.

This is the only place I'm able to send a message. Hope it gets to someone at TeamViewer.

    May I ask whether you are adding the user with a fresh account or existing account?

    It does make the difference on inviting the user. More information can be found from the community article below:

    If the account activation email has not been sent to the user, kindly check on the email address input correctly and also check the spam folder for incoming emails from TeamViewer.

    For the worst case that the email is still not arriving anyhow, feel free to PM the account information to community moderator for a quick checkup.

    I really hope the information would deliver some hints on solving the email issue.
