Additional Confirmations To Remote In

I have today found my customers need to click allow to let me in, then allow to show their screen and then allow for me to control their computer, is this normal?

    Hi @F1aw1ess

    Yes and no.

It is not the default behaviour of TeamViewer to be set to confirm all, but it is a setting, every user can opt-in to.

When you go to your advanced TeamViewer options, you´ll see Advanced settings for connections to this computer and underneath it Advanced settings for connections to other computers.

In both, you can define the Access control. Default is Full access, but you can lower it down gradually until you deny everything.

Maybe your customer has set this option to Confirm all:

    Hope this helps,
