Master Whitelist registry

I want to deploy master whitelist to our computers to allow only our company as partner.

This would be the same as:

  • Allow Access Only to The Following Partners
  • Add "My Company"

I want to add appropriate registry keys to each Windows computer to allow that.

Can someone explain what keys are needed? I've tried the following and it worked but the day after, members of My Company were not able to connect anymore. "You're not in the Allowlist"

  • UseWhiteList=1
  • WhiteListBuddy= My Company
  • WhiteListBuddyID= id

    Hello @xal3r,

Thank you for asking this here! 😊

The best practice to only allow access to our company members is to deploy a TeamViewer policy with the Allowlist parameter on all devices. You can all this via the Management Console

    First, you need to:

    1) Create the policy

    2) Add the Allowlist parameter to the policy

    3) Add all the users of your company profile to the Allowlist

    4) Apply the policy to all computers groups you want the policy to be applied to

Let me know if you are happy with this setup.

    All the best,

    JeanK
