I have three Windows 10 PCs all running Kaspersky Security Cloud. All are set up to access each other remotely, gaining access without a response from the remote computer by entry of a password assigned to the remote PC. Each of the three can also access a friend's PC I support. For the purposes of testing Remote Control, the desktop is wired to my home LAN and the two laptops are connected wirelessly to my phone's hot-spot. The Settings are the same on all three PCs, apart from each having a different password. Everything works perfectly except when the desktop, connected over ethernet, either has Teamviewer closed and relaunched, or achieves the same via a reboot. After this it can no longer connect to the two laptops or my friend's remote PC. When I check under Extras/Options/Advanced, the Advanced settings for connections to other computers / Access Control setting has been changed from "Full Access" to "Deny outgoing remote control sessions". Changing it back fixes the issue, but it reverts every time I reboot the PC and is very annoying as I would really like to understand what is causing it. Many thanks.
