Is there a fix for TeamViewer not generating tickets

Options

We are seeing two intermittent issues

  1. New email requests to our HelpDesk from our customers intermittently not generating a new ticket
  2. Not all email responses are updating in TeamViewer so loosing part of resolution thread

We are using Microsoft 365.
