Is there a fix for TeamViewer not generating tickets

We are seeing two intermittent issues
- New email requests to our HelpDesk from our customers intermittently not generating a new ticket
- Not all email responses are updating in TeamViewer so loosing part of resolution thread
We are using Microsoft 365.
