Pc Showing as offline

I have a PC which is currently showing as offline however it is powered on and in use. I have connected up to the machine using teams which works fine.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling TeamViewer. I've tried turning off the firewall, rebooting the machine and restarting TeamViewer as a service, none of which have worked.

Does anyone have any other ideas what could be causing this?
