Unable to connect reason unknown - same version 15.26.4

Attempting to connect to a Windows 10 remote pc from Ubuntu 21.10.

Message appears as "Unable to connect reason unknown". First time I'm attempting to use it today.

Have found previous posts on this forum stating versions on both sides should be the same, which they are. Is it perhaps Wayland ?

I have Wayland disabled when I login to Ubuntu.

Also, I have restarted TV with #WaylandEnable=false in /etc/gdm3/custom.conf, and without, i.e. WaylandEnable=false, but makes no difference either way. Same Unable to connect message appears.

Is it perhaps that version 21.10 of Ubuntu is not supported yet ?

Both running the same version of Teamviewer, 15.26.4
