I recently bought a second hand laptop and can't use teamviewer as it says there are unpaid invoices. is there any way to be able to use this?

This means that the previous owner has an unpaid TeamViewer contract in his record.
As the TeamViewer ID of your laptop is flagged under the unpaid contract, you get this blocking message.
I am not sure what can be done here - I would recommend asking our customer support directly.
