Two remote computers on same network one shows online and one is offline

Hi,

I'm trying to remotely connected to a couple of computers on the same network. Both computers have access to the Internet and Teamviewer is running on both. When I try to connect from a third computer, the Teamviewer clients shows computer 1 as online and 2 as offline.

I can connect to computer 1 with no issues. Here is the weird part. As soon as I connect to computer 2 from computer 1 using remote desktop, the status of computer 2 changes to online on the Teamviewer client.

My license is for 3 remote computers and I only have 2 assigned so I am within the license limits.
