TV crashes on connection

Whenever I try to get a couple of connections started, TV crashes. The log shows the following error

2022/02/14 15:05:20.006 5720 8832 G1!! BuddyStorageProviderHelper::CreateLoadParams: Failed to load the data

Any ideas?
