I have been trying to set up remote control without consent required on a Samsung Tablet. I downloaded and installed TeamViewer and QuickSupport. When I open either one I only get a Connect window or a window to send my ID and nowhere there is a way to get to the menu of options that would allow me to set up unattended access. I just don't know what to do. Any help?
