Slowness to support my customers
In my company, we use Teamviewer to help our customers remotely. When we access a user's computer, we experience slowness (approx. 5 sec delay).
Our internal proxy is well setup in the app, but it seams that Teamviewer still want to perform a direct access to the remote machine using random port on UDP protocol (this is blocked by the corporate firewall). Do you have any solution?
