I am trying to submit a support ticket, however i can't enter an email adress

I think the question says it all. Logged in to my business account, I go to try and send a support ticket, it shows that I am logged in, but the email box is greyed out with "Email" written in it, and obviously I can't send the ticket.

Any ideas?

    Could you please confirm to me the browsers that you are using?

    Also, did you already attempt to clean the cookies and cash of the browser?
