 anyone, I have a problem that I hope you can help me with, My husband set himself as manager of my computer, but he died 4 years ago with out telling me password, my grand-son set it up that I can get on computer, he thought he had change password, He did not change password, so I can not get updates nor can I communicate with you. This is the first time that I have been able to answer you!! Help

    No,I have my own teamViewer account. My problem is I can't update ,or other needs as I am not listed as my computers manager. My husband set up my computer, but he died, so I do not have he's password! I need to be able to declare that I am owner (manager) but without his password, I can't!!!! Thanks Jean,I'll try Apple help.
