Could someone please point me on the right path to providing my 87yo parents with the IT support they need to resolve their Surface Pro, iPad, Desktop and iPhone issues - almost all of them related to Office365 and emails 'disappearing'! I'm confident I know how to resolve the actual issues, but what is the best way of me using TeamViewer and getting them started with this? Should I list their devices as my own remote devices? They will be comfortable and trust whatever I suggest as the easiest path, the one that takes the burden away from them. Thank you for your advice.
