    Hi @Ali_Shaikh

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you quickly clarify whether you mean the TeamViewer account or Windows account as the "logged on username"?

And secondly: Where would you like to see the info?

    Thanks in advance,

    Esther

  • Hi @Esther

Thank you for your quick response.

I mean the logged on User "Windows Account"

It will be perfect if we can see it in the TeamViewer Software. Otherwise in the portal is fine as well.

It looks like this is not a feature that we are currently offering out of the box, but I´d like to put you in contact with our support team.

Our experts in support are incredibly smart and often times find a solution. Maybe they can work together with you or your IT to find a solution that works as long as this feature is not officially supported.

Hope you do not mind me creating a ticket on your behalf!?

    Hi @serkanyardim,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your question.

With TeamViewer Tensor, you have the possibility to log all user activity, record remote sessions, and set user policies for complete audibility and visibility of who is doing what, when, and for how long.

To learn more about it, we invite you to take a look at our article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-tensor/security/auditability-event-log/

It explains how to activate event logs, how to grant access to them, and how to watch and filter according to your needs and more.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please let us know here!

    Best,

    Jen
