can i re-host a meeting

i apologise if this is in the wrong section of the forum .

would anyone know how i can re-host a meeting ?

i'll give an example:

i have dual monitors .i join a meeting and put that meeting on screen 2 , i then want to host that meeting that is on screen 2 to someone else in a new private meeting separate from the original .

any help is greatly appreciated
