License Invalid
I have a paid version of Teamviewer and I don't know what happened, but the program tells me that I have a free version and when I enter the license key, it will print the voice "the inserted license is invalid"

I see - I understand now why you are getting this error message.
Using the license key won't work with a subscription. You need to follow our official activation process.
You will find below an overview of the activation guides for all our licenses.

Ok - I see.
There is another reason why this message might pop up: the license might be already activated on a different account.
Have you used other TeamViewer accounts on which the license might be activated? Could you try to log in with these accounts and check?

I have tried another account. Can you assist me in checking which account this has been linked to, as I've checked both accounts that I know of and neither of them work.
