why am i geting a eula email saying that they have included the option of getting a professional version of the software and if i don't opt out within 15 days i will be charged. i am using the personal version non professional

Those 15 days mentioned in that email are for anyone who does not agree with the EULA updates and wants to disagree with them.
Twenty-eight days after sending that letter to everyone, the EULA updates will take effect.

Regarding the email about the EULA updates, please know that we are obliged to send it to everyone who has a registered TeamViewer Account.
That means: As long as your TeamViewer Account exists, we, as a company, have to inform you about any change in the EULA.
If you no longer use TeamViewer and do not want to receive an email regarding EULA, please delete your TeamViewer account.
