Charged on an account that doesn´t exist anymore - Can´t generate support ticket

Hello,

I was charged today of a annual subscription of teamviewer on an account that was deleted a while ago.

I had to recreate that account to get access to the support page, but when i try to creat a support ticket, the web page is transfered to the teamviewer community forum.

I need to cancel that subscription and get a refund. This unacceptable..getting charged on an delete account, omg...

    Yeah, unsubscribing / cancelling is an absolute drama.

  • Yes, there aren´t any buttons to click to even send a ticket. I need that sorted immediately.
