Am I missing something here. I have entered my VALID id number, but it's saying that its not vald

    I have seen your screenshot before removing it and I noticed that you placed some spaces in between, try to remove those and let me know if that already solves your issue.

    Well I did phone for support, buy they wouldn't answer the question. Well, not unless I was a paying customer.

    If they had told me what your telling me, I wouldn't of needed to post the picture. But thanks for the reply
