Well I did phone for support, buy they wouldn't answer the question. Well, not unless I was a paying customer.

I have seen your screenshot before removing it and I noticed that you placed some spaces in between, try to remove those and let me know if that already solves your issue.
(Note: Please refrain from posting TeamViewer IDs in a public forum 😉)
