Transfer of Licence to new laptop
I have recently upgraded my laptop and have a paid Team Viewer subscription however l can't work out how to transfer the licence over to the new laptop. When l log on l am told l have a free licence and l can't access client data remotely. Any assistance appreciated.

In general, when you need to transfer the subscription license activation, you may simply sign in the licensed account on TeamViewer.
Can you kindly check if you have signed in the licensed account on TeamViewer client please?
On the other hand, can you also check and confirm the license type of your TeamViewer license please?
