iPhone microphone gets disabled when Sharing Screen via a PC

When I launch teamviwer on my Mac to see the screen of an iPhone...it disables the microphone on that iPhone. It disables it to the point that the person has to RESTART the iPhone in order for the mic to work again...

I've tried to troubleshoot this many times, but no luck...
