Team Viewer Not Working Properly

Hi, I'm Business owner currently using team viewer for my all business related issues and it was a great source that ease my all problem at one place.

Today I' going to use it and Recently I got a problem, whenever I access someone system it could not grant me access and giving error.......!!

Please help what does it means..

About the issue you are experiencing, can you kindly try the follow steps please:

1. sign in the right TeamViewer account for easy access on the local side
2. ensure the account assignment on remote side has been completed and stable
