Managed group not appearing in the Asset Management
Dear Team
I have a managed group with more than 100 devices.
But in the Asset management the group is not appearing to me, Can you please advise what might be the reason?

Thank you for your question!
The Managed Groups is a new feature on the Management Console. Therefore, I believe the the Remote Management features are tied to the old group system (Computer & Contacts/GROUPS).
If you recreate the same group of devices on the GROUPS, it will be available for you on the Asset Management.

Thank you for the quick respond!
The reason why I created the Managed Group is because I'm using TV Tensor, and by default the devices gets assigned to the Managed Group.
However, I just tried to create it under GROUPS. but there is no option to move a devices into the GROUPS.
also, please see below. when I try to copy the selected devices, no group is available. hance, I think its not possible to shift devices between "MANAGED GROUPS" and "GROUPS" .
Or is there any other option to do that?

I know more about the TeamViewer Core than Tensor, so I apologize that I can't give you precise answers...
When you go to the My Computer groups, is it empty? Or does it show the same devices on the group Employees Devices?
📌Please note that the names on the devices can change from the Computer & Contact list to the Managed Devices. Therefore, I would recommend you comparing the IDs to see if it's the same device on both lists.
If it is the same devices, than you could just rename the group from My Computer to Employees Devices by clicking the Edit pencil icon, and use it on the Asset Management tab.
If the devices are not there, I believe you would need to add them one by one. In a case like this you could even consider create a new group (if you prefer it than renaming the existing one).
