Incorrect Password

I help my friend with his problems now and again and we use TeamViewer. I put in his ID (which I have made sure is correct) and password. Every time I put the password in TeamViewer says it is incorrect. When he brings his laptop over here though, it connects perfectly!

I have made sure we both are using the same version (15.27.3.) We are both using Windows 10. Have you got any clues?

What I always recommend with password issues, is to connect via Easy Access.

Connecting via Easy Access does not require any password.
