Screen sharing from android tv to windows

It always looks like this with the blurred text at the top when viewing any video content (this is how it looks on my laptop, it looks fine on the tv)

Using the quick support application on Mi Box 4 . Latest version of teamviewer installed on both devices

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
