This is simply not working for us. Did I miss something in the setup? We are using AR lite.

I had already reviewed the link you included. More information regarding my situation is that when I do send an invite via SMS it is never received. This has been tested to many different mobile phones as well as tested/sent from multiple workstations. We have three licensed users and it is working from none of their installs.
