how do i cancel my subscription i no longer use

i keep trying to cancel my subscription but end up back in the team viewer community
i no long use this service and every attempt to contact TeamViewer goes no where and they continue to charge my card , getting very annoyed at this service and the hoops you have to go through to simply cancel
