Teamviever QuickSupport issue on Xiaomi

Hi,

I bought a Xiaomi 11 NE 5G (MIUI 12.5) for my Dad and would like to provide him distance support.

Installation of Teamviever QuickSupport and the universal add-on worked well. I am able to share the xiaomi's screen and take remote control just after installation. But after a while, it seems that the add-on disables itself with no way to restart/enable it again. In that state only screen sharing is available without remote control.

In order to get back remote control, I have to uninstall/re-install add-on again.

That's really annoying. Do you have any idea in order to fix that ?

    Dear,

    I have purchased phone to my dad. I tried taking remote access, I have tried all possible ways. I have installed quicksupport, installed universal plugin. However, it did not worked. Coule you please help with this mate?

    I faced the same problem. The universal add-on always malfunctioned. I have to disable and re-enable the universal add-on.
