Yes, I have checked my spam folder, on the @att.net webmail site.

Yes, I have tested that I am receiving email at that address.

Can't use your product because I can't reset my password as a result of this.

I have tried to recover my password (to another account, this one is new just so I could ask this question) and I have not been receiving the email with the password reset link. I have tried several times over the course of a few hours, checked Spam and nothing.
