Group Access denied even though I'm Company administrator and the group is shared with me

Hi guys,

I'm a Company administrator and I can't access a group that was created by another Company administrator, even though he gave me access and full controll. In his console it clearly states under permissions that I have "Full Control". Yet I can't share it.

Can anyone explain what we need to do to give me full permissions to manage this group?
