TV Running on Server or PC Using Remote Desktop

Please advice how to avoid these problems when TV is Running on Win Server or a PC using as Server when all Connecting to Server or PC via Win Remote Desktop:

a) The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized remote desktop session.

b) Blank Screen

How i will be able handle these issues under these specific Situation ?

Click the little light bulb to the left of your ID number on the host. Verify the ID number for multi-user mode. That should fix it. Don't recall which is using which but is the difference in an admin vs console session. If you've ever noticed, it will stay on that "can't be captured screen" until you actually log in with Remote Desktop at the same time.

Cheap fix, restart the server. Then your Teamviewer session will connect normally until hosed by someone using Remote Desktop. My opinion, disable RD via group policy across the domain for security reasons. RD is a prime avenue for malware/ransomware attacks to navigate your network if ever compromised. Teamviewer with MFA on connection is ideal. No...not paid advertisement by Teamviewer to say that. lol
