Wake on lan

I am trying to wake up my PC using my phone and TeamViewer app.

What i did:

  • Enabled Wake on LAN / Disabled Fast Boot at BIOS - MOBO ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER
  • Enabled Wake on LAN on the wired network adapter.
  • Wake on LAN setting at TeamViewer
  • Port Forwarding to PC IP address pernamently assigned - TP-Link Archer C1200
  • Dynamis DNS set by TP-Link


I am using port 7 for Wake-on-LAN. PC and phone are connected to the same TeamViewer account and clicking at wake up button does nothing

    I'm trying to set up wake on lan with a ewon cosy remote access router and teamviewer ID. I can ping pc while connected through router with talk2m vpn but cannot get it to wake up when asleep. I followed the instructions and everything works until it goes to sleep. I've never done this before and could use some help

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue, did you ever find a fix for this?

    The only way I am able to make this work is if I set the Sleep option to "Never"

    This forum is hopeless.

    I had this same issue and tried to ask and find a solution here...

    But just silence and emptiness :/
