Permanent acces to a device trought TV API

Hi,

I just started to use the TeamViewer API in order to monitor some computers for a professional use and in order to access the alarms per device a Prenium or Corporate License is required.

But, before purchasing it I would like to know if it is possible to get an authorization Code without connecting to a TV account in a popup window (with a simple GET request for example) ? Also if it is possible to access the current use of a hardware component (the CPU use for example) without creating a dedicated alarm?

If I missed something in the documentation do not hesitate to tell me.
