Hi All, I like to enquire, if i subscribe to a single user subscription, am i able to (example) tv version 15 to access client tv version 14 and lower? I see that TV has enforce same version compatibility for both sides. quite frustrating as your clients may not have up to date tv.
I created account using third-party (google) and purchased a basic license. However, due to log in issues with third party account (and also modern UI), I would like to make new account using just email and then transfer my license to it and then delete this third-party-account. Is it possible?
I renewed my licenses today. I received mail about order confirmation but I cannot have access to use features. When I log in, the program do not show my subscrition. It says upgrade your plan. How can I solve this problem?
