I created account using third-party (google) and purchased a basic license. However, due to log in issues with third party account (and also modern UI), I would like to make new account using just email and then transfer my license to it and then delete this third-party-account. Is it possible?

I renewed my licenses today. I received mail about order confirmation but I cannot have access to use features. When I log in, the program do not show my subscrition. It says upgrade your plan. How can I solve this problem?
Hello, A third party vendor needs to remote into a desktop to transfer data from a server, to do so they use TeamViewer, they need to be able to transfer files. Do I need to pay for a team viewer license to do this? or do I just need the client, and they need the license? Thanks.
