VERY DISSAPOINTED with Teamviewer
I received an email that the service was going to renew automatically.
I responded that I did not want to renew the service but apparently I did not sent it in writing at least 28 days. Writing to Teamviewer is a very difficult task, maybe by design.
I already responded to the various accounting emails but keep getting the same response from your company.
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION has already been requested via email a number of times.
Today I spoke with a Supervisor (Noal) who must have have been having a bad monday morning given his aggressiveness on the phone.
It is not correct nor moral to insist that I pay a whole year of service for something I am not using. I can understand asking me to pay for part year service since I did not request the cancellation in the proper method at the proper time, say one or two months.
Please let me know if you can find a reasonable solution, because I will not pay for service that I am not using.
