remote keyboard/mouse not responsding
I can connect to remote computer as usual, but the screen is like read-only, does not respond to my mouse or keyboard. The TV settings on my side have not changed. Staff at remote site did a reboot on their computer and I did a reboot on mine. Nothing changed (other than code).
What is causing the problem and how to resolve? Thanks

Could you please check again those specific options according to the side of the connection?
On the local device: Settings wheel ⚙ > Advanced
On the remote device: Settings wheel ⚙ > Advanced
This configuration on both sides should allow you to visualize and control the remote computer.
