Remote access to Samsung Android folder

Hello Support Team & Community,

Is there any way to gain access to the deeper Android/data folders through QuickSupport on Samsung devices

We used to have Huawei devices in the field on which we can access the deeper system folders, but on Samsung (Galaxy A32 for example) I get stuck in a loop when I want to open the Android/data/ folder. I always get back to the top of the hierarchy (External storage, My Pictures, ....)

Suggestions welcome because sometimes we need to clear files from our own app and those files are under that Android/data folder.

Hi on the different Android devices i cant view under data, if i do this, then it wil go back , see pic. 2:

Is there any options on the devices of teamviewer to acces en view this?

I'm having the same issue and posted that question yesterday. Didn't find yours here because I didn't use the right keywords.

Have you found a way around?

What I'm doing now is install File Manager (from File Manager Plus) and access is through the QuickSupport session.

Not ideal and it would be nice to have access directly.
