Says offline when out of the house but online when in the house

When I'm in the same location my MacBook connects to the PC immediately. However, when I'm at another location I get the error partner offline. Both computers have TeamViewer start up when computers start. My PC is running Windows 11. It has worked in the past so I know it can work.

    Hello @Kerrybrook,

    My idea here is that your Windows PC is getting into a "power save" mode (or sleep mode) that disconnects the device from the internet.

    I'd recommend checking the power save settings and see if you can make sure it stays online.
