Is there a setting such that when an attendee joins a remote control session by clicking on a link from me (as the host) to run my Quick Support module, that their microphone is turned on automatically without them having to click on the little headset microphone icon and then click on the 'microphone muted' icon?
People I run a remote control session for who have never used TeamViewer before or who maybe unused to computers, may struggle to find it.
If not, is there a way I can enable it for them from my side as the host?
