Error: connection type not allowed

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to my android phone via my laptop using TeamViewer. I have logged in on my android phone and when I tried to connect to it via TeamViewer, it displays the following error:

"Error: connection type not allowed."

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you guys so much!

    My system has just gone the same way. Not a single connection works including local ones

    same error. connecting Macos Ventura 13.6.1 to Macos Sonoma 14.1.2.
