Access a win 7 server

Hello,

i just set up a small file sharing server with windows 7.

In the windows profile, however, I set a password, but when I try to unlock the computer remotely with teamviewer I only see a black screen, how can I solve?

PS: sorry if the English is not correct but I'm Italian and i didn't find any Italian teamviewer forum =)
