how do i remove this prompt on sharing side

on my linux-ubuntu TeamViewer, whenever i try to connect i get a prompt asking me to enable remote control and choose a monitor. this is supposed to be a nas I can control while anywhere, if this pops up i cant do anything. i only have 1 monitor and i have enabled easy access but still the prompt. thank you for you time in advance
